With over 15 years experience in start-ups and fast growing companies, including media, technology and retail businesses, Alex is driven by a can do attitude and has learnt to use minimal resources to make things happen. His background in finance and operations delivers the backbone of Supernova’s global set up.
Camila comes equipped with more than 6 years in the beauty and luxury industries, ranging from luxury brands such as Hermes and
Dior, to the internationally renowned digital native brand, Pixi.
Through her various roles in France, UK and Singapore, she acquired an in depth understanding of the EMEA and APAC beauty markets,
as well as global marketing, account management and business development.
In Supernova, Camila is the Head of Brand for Coco & Eve. She leads a team of brand and marketing professionals and drives the brand's global expansion.
In his role as VP of Finance, Baskar spearheads Supernova’s corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, tax and accounting functions.
Previously, Baskar was the Group Director of Finance at Carousell where he successfully led the firm’s M&A operations, automated internal finance systems, optimized tax governance and scaled the finance and accounting functions. Prior to these roles, Baskar served as the Regional Financial Controller for APAC at the Fortune 500 software company, Intuit.
A change manager and seasoned finance leader with extensive experience and exposure in both MNCs and start-ups in different markets and sectors, Baskar has an impeccable track record of successfully leading finance transformation projects including post-merger integration, corporate restructuring, divestments and management buy-outs.
Shay is a technology leader with with over 22 years of experience in the industry.

Nassim joined Supernova in January 2020.
He has worked in the beauty Industry for the past 12 years starting with LVMH brands such as Dior and Guerlain.
Nassim took over innovation and global marketing roles within L'Oreal brand Vichy Laboratoires, before joining Shiseido in charge of makeup collections for Dolce&Gabbana Beauty. His last role prior to joining Supernova company was with Burberry cosmetics as Global Marketing and Innovation Director based in Paris.
Nassim is a beauty expert with a strong focus on new territories to explore to further expand brand's portfolios.
Philip has over 16 years in digital performance marketing.
In his past work experience, he has held the lead marketing position for Cashbet’s ICO where $38 million was successfully raised.

Lu has a decade of experience working across China and Singapore, with 8 years of experience developing and launching successful product ranges for leading luxury and global beauty brands across multi-categories including skincare, body care, hair care and luxury packaging.
She has had a successful career in product development roles, involving strategic and operational thinking in fast changing environments.
Strong commercial awareness, combined with a huge passion in beauty, has allowed Ludovica to build and develop successful product portfolios that are exciting to the consumer and profitable to the business.
Pooi Sum has more than 18 years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting and operations.
She has a wealth of knowledge in the overall view of demand and planning, inventory movement management between warehouses and channels, and OTB management.
Pooi Sum manages every stage of the production flow which includes demand forecasting, purchasing and lead-time planning for the delivery of finished goods and planning the mode of transport of finished goods from suppliers to distribution centres.
Cherish has more than 13 years of work experience in supply chain and logistics, specialist in Warehouse Management, International Logistics, Sustainability and Trade Compliance.
She has a strong ERP background with SAP Warehouse Management and Finance.
She was also the Green Ambassador for Louis Vuitton SEA in implementing Green Initiatives.
She is successfully spearheading Supernova’s relationship with its logistics partners based on the ISO 14001:2015 requirements.

Margaret has been a founding member of Supernova since 2014.
With over 8 years of experience in building new brands, Margaret is an expert on identifying the important pillars of what makes a successful brand. Ranging from influencers to partnerships, Margaret is driven by a “never give up” attitude to make magic happen.
